Is this exercise alone able to help me reach full ZOA with my ribcage and pelvis stacked over each other or would I need to add other exercises as well? Thanks!

Such a great video. Waiting on tables for a living would cause me so much inexplicable calf and tendon pain. This explains why. And the exercise is helping tremendously.

I guess it's too early for the people to find about the essence of PRI and it's depth.

Dear Mr Hruska Since our top and bottom teeth don't touch in our default/neutral state anyway, how does wearing a splint change anything? My feeling is that it only makes sense that removing an improper bite should only change things if our top and bottom teeth are in contact 24/7

Feel bad for the people who find PRI from videos like this and get hooked on spending thousands of dollars like I did. It’s always one more session every time you see a pri trainer and then it’s you need glasses and a splint and orthotics. I’ve done it all and over two years the only thing that changed is the money in my bank account. See a real doctor people

I've seen some PRI techniques and I have a question: If the poas is too tight, can we do some stretching or just do a 90/90 PRI to shut that muscle down. In my mind, I don't want to stretch any muscle in my body because I feel like the more I stretch it, the more I get stuck in that muscle (e.g. psoas or thighs). So does PRI teach any stretching to make its muscles longer? thanks!

I've watched a few videos from the institute. In this particular instance, I am not sure what's going on though because I thought the idea was to address imbalance of the mandible. If "occlusion" is the problem, how..? is the idea here that one side of the jaw has more pressure built up and therefore shuts down flexibility, sensitivity of ipsilateral movement, and changes the center of gravity? Oh, I'm just thinking to myself now...yes, if you shut down the tension in the mandible with the mouth guard, then it makes sense that the nervous system would stop the inhibitions and therefore the body would regain better functioning. I guess, follow up work would involve releasing the tension in the jaw on one side and creating a more even, or flatter occlusion. Am I correct..? But what if through accident or whatever the jaw is unlikely to correct its misalignment..? Or are there remedies even then..? I guess I have to keep studying. Thanks for uploading. This is breakthrough stuff and an amazing testament to the Western analytical mode of thinking the relationships of body parts to each other via the nervous system. Genius..! ;)

Hopefully she has improved her speech skills. Her “uhs” and “ums” were distracting and makes her sound like a doubtful source of knowledge. Wouldn’t let her open for someone else until she improves. Harsh criticism? Yes. However, if I wasn’t new to PRI i would of immediately left after the 1st minute.

Hi everybody I had a very very very special PRI experience and I wonder if someone ever hear of something like this. At some point of my PRI program my brain started to leading me through various movements and muscle contractions for about 5 months until now. The movements are not involuntary and not voluntary, something between of this. Like a very strong need. But I feel coming more and more on my left side and my pain and tension reduces every day. My guess is, that the pri techniques take away a certain stabilisatation in my body, and now my body has to go back to it's origin natural stabilisatation state. Did someone experienced something like that? Will ist end as soon as my body feels stable again?

Thank you soo much for putting these webinars on UA-cam for the general public. My left aic chain started working this summer after my leg spun outwards. I did start to see a pri trainer up here but my problems seem largely tied to left eye and probably right teeth. My symptoms are mostly all backwards from the typical left aic right bc patterns but because of your various videos I could learn the more in depth stuff to understand why my symptoms are backwards. I’m currently trying to get a passport and my eyes working well enough to travel from Canada while at the same time realizing I might need more extensive help than I can afford. I hope what you guys teach spreads more in Canada and abroad because I’m sure it will help a lot of people. My local physio has already completed his first course but still has a long way to go to wrap his head around what is happening to me. The content you and others like Neal Hallinan have put out has been a flashlight in the dark. I haven’t found the light at the end, but at least it feels like I’m not in the darkness alone anymore.
